Built in Kuwait, for how people here actually train.

Routinek (روتينك — “your routine”) started with a simple frustration: the supplements, the food, the water, the training and the reminders all lived in different apps, none of them spoke Arabic properly, and none of them knew what a Gulf gym looks like.

So we built one companion for the whole day. It tracks what you take and when, what you eat, how much you drink and how you train — and it learns what your gym has so it never prescribes a machine you can't get to. Captain, the assistant inside the app, turns a sentence or a photo into a log entry and answers in plain language, in English or Arabic.

What we believe

• Colour is earned. The app stays quiet until you've done something — a tick, a target on pace, a streak.
• Both languages are first-class. Nothing is translated as an afterthought.
• Never medical advice. Captain logs, explains and encourages; for dosing and health decisions it refers you to your clinician.
• Your data is yours. Export a branded PDF report any time, and delete your account and everything with it from inside the app.
